Little Billy is an 18-year-old hardworking student who recently experienced the loss of his father. At a time when most young adults are beginning to plan their future, he is navigating both grief and a sudden transition into independence.

As the owner of Redeemed Piercings by Billy & Tattoos, Billy's father was a well-known and deeply loved member of the community who touched many lives. Billy shared a close bond with his father, who was a constant source of support and guidance in his life.

Billy is currently a senior in high school and a dual-enrolled student at Aiken Scholars Academy and USC Aiken. He will be graduating soon and, in the fall, will begin pursuing his cyber security degree at USC Aiken.

This season of life includes important milestones such as graduation and prom, all while he is adjusting to life without his father and taking on responsibilities beyond what most young people face at this stage.

Following his father’s passing, Billy is now navigating an unexpected shift in financial circumstances. This has created added short-term and near-term pressure during a critical time as he prepares for college this fall. He currently has limited resources to cover immediate living expenses and the costs associated with this transition.

While he is working hard at Starbucks, staying committed to school, and doing everything he can to move forward, Billy is stepping into adulthood earlier than expected with limited finances to help cover immediate needs.

Funds raised will help Billy with:
