Hello everyone,

My name is John Woody Jr. With a heavy heart; I announce that after three long months in the hospital, my much-beloved mother passed away. She was a dedicated Special Education teacher who spread love and care to her students, friends, and family for many years. Above all, she always lent her hand to anyone that needed care and support, no matter who they were.

On October 24th, 2022, my mother passed away from her long fight with sepsis. She is left behind by her loving husband, two sons, and her pets. Believing that she would be able to pull through, we never had a life insurance policy to be able to help pay for her funeral and burial costs. We are in a complex financial state and cannot cover these costs. We ask today for this goal so we can afford her funeral, the plot to be laid to rest, and a mass at our church. Any excesses will go towards supporting her loving spouse and her two loving sons.
