December 19, 2018 Linda’s life was changed forever when a semi-truck slammed head on into Linda’s car.  It was a long and difficult process to extricate her from the car as she clung to life.  The first few days were tenues at best.  Linda has had several surgeries to repair internal injuries and her skeletal system, and has many more surgeries to come.   The impact of the crash broke multiple ribs, both her arms, both her legs, and blew apart several of her joins including knees, wrist, elbow, and ankle.  The doctors say once she is stable enough to leave the hospital she will need to live in a rehab facility for at least 6 months before she can even consider returning home.

To know Linda is to lover her, she has overcome more hardship in one life time then ten people, and now is faced with yet another challenge of coming back from this tragic accident.  Linda started working as a teenager to help support her mom and dad, and has never stopped working hard and taking care of others.  As a nursing assistant she is legendary for the level of care she gives her patience.  Everyone she cares for is like family to her and she is committed to helping them all have the best outcome possible.  Now we need to do the same for her.

Just 3 years ago Linda achieved a life long dream of buying her own home.  As a single person she has worked tons of overtime to make sure she keeps the mortgage paid.  Now with staggering medical costs mounting and no ability to work she is in danger of loosing her home.  Linda is in this too win. She has a strong will and a positive attitude and is already asking to start physical therapy but she need our help. The funds raised will help Linda pay medical cost, pay her mortgage, and other related costs.
