Helping Lauren Get Back on Her Feet

Hello beautiful people. Chelsea Wyatt here.

I'm creating this GoFundMe in hopes of getting some assistance for our dear friend, Lauren Sexton. As some of you know, 2021 has been a really tough year for most, but it has been especially tough on Lauren; and unfortunately, this has caused great financial strain.

 

To know Lauren, is to absolutely friggin' adore her. She has the biggest and kindest heart, and is one of the most selfless humans I've ever met. She is the type of person that will go out of her way to make sure a complete stranger is cared for, before making sure her own needs are met. She has rallied consistently and wholeheartedly to help others in need, and now it's time to return the love that she is always so graciously giving.

 

Lauren has been dealing with various medical conditions recently that have landed her in the ER countless times; she has undergone surgery and has spent endless hours visiting with different doctors and specialists. Even with insurance, the medical bills keep coming and continue to pile up. As if the medical diagnoses weren't enough, she has also been in two car accidents in the past couple months, leaving her without a car for weeks at a time, and creating more stress in an already overwhelming time.

 

As one of her dear friends, I can attest to the fact that she is trying to stay positive and hopeful, but she is feeling so defeated right now. Our girl was saving up money to make a new record (um... BLESS! she's an incredible musician and this is her life's work). But, with all of this going on, not only is her savings completely gone, but she is now buried in medical debt. Full disclosure: it's really hard to ask for help, and the idea of putting this out in the world absolutely terrified her; but, I finally convinced her to let me create this page, because she deserves all the love and support (and would absolutely do the same for each and every one of you).

 

So, if you have the means this holiday season, we would be forever grateful for your support getting her back on her feet. And if you don't have the means, that is 100% okay, but we ask that you please share this page with your family and friends.

(Also, she really needs to share her music again. The sooner she can get out of debt, the sooner she can start saving for that record again. So... LET'S DO THIS PEOPLE!!!)
