Helping Kristen through to Recovery

Last week my daughter, Kristen's life was turned upside down when she received news we all dread and fear, that she has breast cancer.

Kristen will require immediate surgery for a double mastectomy followed by several weeks of chemotherapy and possibly radiation after that. This will require her to take an extended leave from work. While we are so fortunate to live in a country where medical expenses are paid for other life's expenses are not such as medications, car payments, insurance, rent, food and pet care.

As Kristen prepares for the fight of her life I don't want her to worry about money. I want her to be able to focus all her energy on her recovery. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to cover all her bills at this time.

We have launched this campaign to support Kristen during this challenging time. These funds will be supporting her throughout her journey to recovery.
