On May 19 Kirsten’s life changed in so many ways. As many of you know Kirsten was pregnant with twins. She woke up early that morning in a panic that quickly turned into one of the scariest days of our lives. The twins needed to make their way earthside at just 29 weeks. Far earlier than Kirsten could ever have imagined. At 2:00 and 2:01 Lennyn Cameron, 2 lbs 8 oz, and Lylah Lee, 2 lbs 15 oz, were born.

As many of you know Kirsten is an independent strong willed woman who likes to be able to navigate her hurdles all on her own. As her sister I am acting on her behalf to reach out to our community to ask for support during this difficult time.

The babies are expected to remain in the NICU until August where they can grow safely. With having Layton at home, Kirsten will have to drive back and forth to Saskatoon to spend time with her new babies. This will create financial stress that Kirsten did not anticipate for. I am creating this go fund me to help Kirsten to offset the cost of navigating life in the NICU. Any amount would be greatly appreciated.
