Helping King KJ Recover From this nightmare

On October 14th at 3:53 p.m. I got to call that my 8-year-old was hit by a car on 35th and Scott in the driver fled from the scene my whole world crumble I didn't know if my child's was alrightI just know that I was told that I need to go to children hospital as I arrived to children hospital and see my child I was heartbroken my child sustain heartbreaking injury his jawline broken his nose broken bones in his face are shattered he missing five teeth in the front and this whole gum line is gone my child look unrecognizable he has lost five of his adult teeth which means their not going to grow back he has to get his mouth wired shut..... Getting his face and teeth back together will cost money I don't have... I'm a hard working mother of 5 and I know at this time I can not go back to work my son needs me and so do his siblings and they always needs to know that they still will have a roof over their heads and food and clothes I'm doing everything on my own and with everything that's taking place I need to reach out and ask for help
