Helping Keith Unitt move from stroke to strength
Donation protected
It is not just a donation it is a lifeline. And it is working - Keith is making progress but still needs your help.
We come together today with hopeful hearts, standing by our dear friend Keith as he embarks on a courageous journey of recovery following triple bypass heart surgery and a catastrophic stroke. Keith, a beacon of kindness and support, now confronts the challenge of his life. He has lost his speech and must learn to speak again. He is paralyzed on his right side and must learn to walk again. Despite these significant obstacles, his indomitable spirit stays unwavering, casting a radiant light for all who are fortunate to know him. For all who know Keith you know this is true!
Currently undergoing intensive rehabilitation, Keith is scheduled to return home in early February. The path ahead for Keith is long and arduous, and he will need our collective support to navigate the challenges that lie ahead. To ensure a successful recovery, Keith requires lots of specialized equipment tailored to his unique needs. His home will need to be wheelchair accessible, he needs specialized stroke recovery exercise equipment and will need extensive physio and speech therapy.
This is where we, as a community, can make a profound difference. We have launched this GoFundMe campaign to rally around Keith, providing financial assistance for medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, and the essential equipment that will be instrumental in his journey toward regaining mobility and independence.
Keith's kindness knows no bounds and has touched countless lives, and now it's our turn to reciprocate. Your generous contribution, no matter the size, will not only help him overcome the physical challenges but also offer the emotional support he needs during this trying time.
As Keith transitions from rehabilitation to the comfort of his home, let's ensure he has the tools and resources necessary to continue his recovery journey. The funds raised will directly impact his quality of life and reinforce the strength of our community's bond.
Thank you for taking the time to read Keith's story and considering a donation. Together, let's surround him with the love and care that he has so selflessly shared with us all.
With heartfelt gratitude.
