Helping Kaila & River get the girls home !!
Donation protected
I'm the mother of Kaila, and I'm reaching out today to make the GoFundMe account for her family. As you all know, she was pregnant with twin girls, and her due date was April 10, 2025.
They were both working until the end of her pregnancy when she had to start working from home. They found a new home and are trying to adjust to the new home for the girls to come home to when it was time. Well, 2 weeks ago, at her check-up, they told her that baby A (Oakley) wasn't getting enough blood through her placenta so they gave her a few hours to get to the hospital. She called me scared and frantic. She had to deliver both babies five weeks early, which has now led both babies to be in the NICU. We're not sure when they're coming home,
In the meantime, bills are piling up and expenses are increasing. Going back and forth to the hospital every day was something they didn't expect. With her not working and getting put on maternity leave without pay a lot earlier than expected, she doesn't go back to work until May sometime. He only got two weeks off of work, but now they are struggling. I come to you to ask for help because they won't do it. They are both the type of people that will never ask for help. They are too proud and want to do everything by themselves, but this time is very hard. Between spending money on gas going back and forth to the hospital and having to eat out to be at the hospital with their babies, because as we all know, babies, especially ones that are in the NICU, need their mom and dad. It's a really hard time for them, so I ask for y'all to donate whatever you can or share this GoFundMe to help out in any way with gas, food, expenses, and bills piling up. We appreciate all of you. The biggest thing is please say a prayer that the girls can get strong enough to come home with their family.
