In Memory of Jose Princely — Supporting His Family

On the morning of April 30th, we lost Jose Princely, and our hearts are broken.

Jose joined Way.com 6.5 years ago as one of the very first people on our marketing team. He helped build our SEM and digital marketing engine from the ground up, and so much of what runs today carries his fingerprints. But ask anyone who worked with him and they won't talk about the work first. They'll talk about Jose. Warm, gentle, endlessly patient, the kind of person who made everyone around him feel seen.

He leaves behind his wife, his twin 2-year-olds, his 5-year-old, and his retired parents. A whole world that revolved around him.

We're raising funds to give his family some footing during this unimaginable time. To help his wife find stability as she raises their children. To support his parents in their retirement. And most of all, to make sure his three little ones can grow up with a good education and the future Jose would have wanted for them.

Every dollar goes directly to the family's bank account in Tamil Nadu, India. We're aiming to close the campaign by May 5th so the funds can reach them quickly.
