My name is Jose Cacao. My wife Josefina Cacao and I have been married for 15 years. She recently was diagnosed with COVID-19, Lung & Kidney complications as well as low blood pressure. Because of these illnesses she was unable to receive dialysis and therefore, she passed away Saturday February 20th at 8 PM. I am heartbroken at the realization that I am now a single parent of our two beautiful children Anthony and Alexander Cacao. Ages 14 and 10.
