On June 6th my friend John suffered an MASSIVE CARDIAC ARREST while riding his bike. Before he hit the ground he managed to shout out that something was wrong with his heart. A bystander heard and witnessed the fall and started performing CPR. Medical assistance soon arrived and a AED had to be used twice. John is now confined to a hospital bed with limited memory, speech, and motor skills.

John is the owner and operator of a small x-ray company that  is now in limbo since John's accident. RECOMMENDED TREATMENT for Johns condition is really a wait and see, so there is no telling how long John might be in this condition, so you can imagine the funds that will be needed to sustain a long hospital stay.

My name is Scott and I have been a friend of John's since 2nd Grade, we both served in the Coast Guard, and I am  Godfather to John's only child Rachel. John's WIFE Jean has been hanging tough through out by trying to maintain her employment while dealing with  the stress of 
her situation.

what I am asking for is that after reading JOHN'S story and if you are so moved, to please  PAY IT FORWARD with a donation of any size and if you are unable to donate, please keep John's family in your thought's and prayer's. Together we can all make a difference in peoples life's.
