I first met Joey playing football in elementary school and was lucky enough to continue playing sports and attending school with him. I could list countless stories of how big Joey’s heart is and the passion he puts into everything he does. Anyone who knew him knew he is one of the best people to ever walk this earth. There is no better example of this than him stopping on the side of the highway to help others in a car accident. Unfortunately, he was struck by another vehicle before he had a chance to help. Anyone who has had the pleasure of interacting with Joey knows that he would’ve given you the clothes off his back without second thought, he puts his heart and soul into everything he does, and has a true desire to make this world a better place.
