helping Jo through phase 3
As most of you know my mom Jo was diagnosed with cancer last year and has been doing treatment ever since, she is sure one powerhouse and has been doing her best with a smile.
The good news is were celebrating moms last scheduled chemo treatment! The challenge is due to complications, burns, infections, and blood clots, the 6 month timeline is extending to 11 for further tretment. Phase 3 is a break to regain some strength she'll need for surgery and recovery. Surgery is in Vancouver and I will be staying in a hotel or air bnb to be her emotional and physical support post op. Due to her unexpected complications, i'll be taking more time off work than expected in the months to come.
Mom has been keeping her positive attitude on most days (give or take), and even though she doesnt always like my instructions, I havnt locked her in her room yet...
If Jo or any of us Moores have helped you out or touched your life in any way, if you havnt donated we ask you consider it (sharing helps alot too!) If you know my mom you know she will pay the generosity forward.
Thanks for the love!
