My name is Catherine D. Smith and I'm starting this GoFundMe for a person who has given so much. Jim Barnhill was a theatre professor at Brown for many years but he was so much more. Any student, actor, friend or colleague from India to Tougaloo Mississipi and back to Providence will have myriad stories to tell of the Great JOB.

 

Time is of the essence. Jim is 99 and has managed to stay in his beloved home on Transit st. He now needs full time care and thats where we come in. His care givers have determined that if we can raise $25 thousand, Jim will be well supported for the next few months. He is a very strong willed person as we know. His life forces are weakening but we want him to be as comfortable as possible in his remaining days.
