On September 20th our dad suffered from a stemi ( a massive heart attack). He was medflighted to UW Madison where he then coded in the cath lab. Thankfully after cpr and shocking his heart twice they were able to resuscitate him and bring him back. They placed 3 heart stents and he had a balloon put into his femoral artery into his aorta to help his heart pump blood. He has some heart damage to the bottom back side of his heart. It is unknown at this time how long he will be up at UW. And has a very long road ahead of him.

If you know my parents you know they would give their shirt off their back for even strangers. They would never ask for help themselves, especially our dad. We don’t want them to feel the financial burden from this as my dad will not be able to return to work for an unknown amount of time.
