Yesterday, a friend, Jillian experienced a devastating loss when a suspected electrical fire broke out in her apartment complex. While we are incredibly grateful that Jillian and her two beloved cats made it out safely, the fire, along with extensive water damage, destroyed nearly everything she owned.

Because the damage to her apartment, Jillian has to replace all of her belongings, and unfortunately, did not have renters insurance. This leaves her to face the overwhelming financial burden of rebuilding her life on her own.

Jillian is one of the kindest people you could meet. She works as a Certified Peer Specialist, dedicating her life to helping others through difficult moments, offering compassion, understanding, and hope. Now, she is the one in need of support.

We are coming together as a community to help Jillian get back on her feet. Funds raised will go directly toward replacing basic necessities such as veterinary care for her cats, clothing, furniture, household items, and covering immediate living expenses during this incredibly challenging time.
