Helping Jeff Spencer (Pop) & Family
Donation protected
On September 24th, Jeff Spencer went out on a ride on his motorcycle to go check out some of the New England Foliage and clear his head. Along his travels, he was hit by a car that made a left turn into him. Jeff was severely injured and rushed to the nearest hospital with internal bleeding, and numerous fractures, broken bones and many other issues. Jeff was in an induced coma for about a month and a half, and during some of that time, Jeff has undergone 3 major surgeries and has one more to go.
Jeff has a long road to recovery ahead, and one of the hardest things being to go to a rehabilitation facility to get his muscle mass back. For those of you who know Jeff, he has a heart of gold and seeing the ones he loves do good really fuels his fire. Jeff is one of the hardest working, most selfless person some of us may ever know. He is the first person to lend a hand, and the last person to ask for help. I think we can all agree that he can light up any room he enters with that big smile of his! We know these are tough times for all, but in tough times we find great people, and every dollar counts! So we ask our closest friends, families, and the strong community to come together and help raise any generous donation we can to help cover extensive medical bills and copays, the loss of time at work for his wife, and help support a house that they’ve worked so hard to try and maintain.
We truly cannot thank you enough for the amount of love, care, prayers, understanding, and kind words and gestures during this difficult time. Please continue to keep Jeff in your thoughts and prayers and continue to send all the positive vibes our way! #PopStrong #FightLikeASpencer
