Hello, my name is Seth. And you might know me as that crazy annoying person who sets up fundraisers for all her friends because she knows they won't ask for help themselves because we are in a shame-filled society full of people telling you that if you can't pull yourself up by your bootstraps you are a failure.

Today, we're talking about Jasmine. She got laid off due to downsizing a while ago, and started looking for work. Diligently. She got hired a month ago, but they kept putting off her start date. Until she had no more money and is now in financial crisis. She contacted them and they then told her there was a hiring freeze and they were just looking for options to place her, so she's back at the grindstone.

Regardless, she's scared and having a hard time paying rent and living paycheck to paycheck right now, and any help would help ease that suicidal feeling of worthlessness which comes with being absolutely crushed by this heartless, unfeeling system.
