Hi everyone my name is Sarah Dickson I am so grateful to be able to be a close friend to Jayley’s family and blessed that she calls me Auntie. The unthinkable has happened to this amazing girl and Jayley is in Children’s hospital awaiting an open brain surgery. Unfortunately because of where it is located and the size of the aneurysm the outcome is unknown. This is a very uncertain and scary time for Cass her mom , Lucas her dad, her brother Emmett and all their friends and family.

Jayley has overcome and continues to overcome many things in her short life including Distal Trisomy 10q a very rare genetic disorder, polyscistic kidney disease as well as Autism Spectrum Disorder she still manages lights up every room she walks into and is fun loving, goofy and a happy girl!

She is so incredibly loved by all who are blessed enough to know her as she fights for her life my hope is the family does not have to worry about the finances during this hard time. Any donations will go directly to helping them with lost wages, travelling costs, food, bills ect
