Helping Jason Butler through a medical emergency

I want to start by saying that asking for help is not easy for us and we never thought we would need to do this. Last night my brother was in a horrible car accident. He was on a small road in the forest, doing a quick run to the store, when a deer and its baby ran out onto the road. He quickly swerved to miss the deer and ended up hitting a bridge, which caused the car to flip. The car started smoking so he crawled away from it to get back towards the road where luckily someone saw him and called an ambulance. His girlfriend noticed he was gone for awhile, and luckily they shared locations, so she had a neighbor drive her where he was. When she got there ambulances were already on scene. This was their only car, which we are assuming is now totalled. He has no insurance and now has to have multiple surgeries. We have no idea the full extent of his injuries, only that he currently has a broken leg, knee, arm, hip, and 8 broken ribs. He is going in for surgery today on his leg, knee, and hip and then having another surgery later this week for his pelvis.

 

My mom and my whole family are distraught over this and I don’t want her to have to also worry about the financial burden this will cause since Jason will be out of work for an undetermined amount of time (and of course adding no insurance on top of that).
