My name is Ivis Burris. I'm in desperate need of wheelchair repairs. Unfortunately by me curremtly residing in a nursing facility i'm not allowed to get any repairs done to my motorized wheelchair. Medicaid/Medicare will not allow persons such as myself to receive any repair work as long as I'm in a facility. I have to come out of my own pocket with all monies. Monies I do not have. So please help me remain mobile.
