Helping Herschel kick cancer's butt

Hello everyone! First of all THANK YOU for taking the time to visit this page. My name is Jessica Ham and my dad Herschel Ham was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer back in December 2016. After carefully reviewing different treatment options and facilities, he decided that he would receive the most comprehensive treatment for this prostate cancer at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America. After verifying that his health insurance was contracted with CTCA, he was notified that he would have to go the Phoenix campus to receive treatment. Herein lies the reasoning for this page. His treatment plan will be over a 9 week period, starting at the end of April and continuing through most of the month of June. He will reside in Phoenix for the entire 9 week treatment process. Although his health insurance is covering most of his treatment costs (after his yearly deductible has been met), he is still responsible for his yearly deductible and covering his lodging and food expenses while there. He will be staying in the outpatient onsite facility at the CTCA Phoenix campus. If possible, the donated funds to help with these costs would be needed within the next 4-6 weeks. 
I REALLY don't like asking for help, but I am in serious need of support while dealing with everything that goes along with this cancer dianosis that my dad has received. This treatment is necessary for him to fight this prostate cancer and for his well being. I love my dad and I want the best possible treatment for him!!
