Helping Henry, Amanda, & Indie
Henry is a loving husband/daddy and was diagnosed with Covid on July 28th. On August 3rd he went to Dyersburg hospital to get the Bam infusion but was unable because he was too sick. He ended up in the ER, where it was long they were transferring him to Jackson. He was put on the Covid floor and quickly required high flow oxygen. Close to midnight on the 6th Amanda and Indie were able to FaceTime him for the last time before being intubated. He has had ups and downs they call this the “Covid coaster” and it has been very emotionally exhausting on Amanda. Henry is on 50% oxygen and 12 Peep ventilator settings today. When they can get his settings down more they want to put a trach in. Hopefully that will be more comfortable on him so that we can get him off the sedation. This road is a struggle for Amanda and Indie. Their little family was together all the time. Indie misses snuggling her daddy and Amanda misses aggravating and hugging on her husband. Short term disability is still not set up even though Amanda has been working hard to get that taken care of. Henry is the source of income for their family so this means they have had no money coming in and bills don’t stop. Also, there is no telling what his hospital bills will end up being. If you would like to help them, we appreciate it more than you know. Please keep praying for our Henry. We love him and he means so much to our family.
