Hi, my name is Patty and I am sharing my brother's story in hope of a miracle. His name is Hector, he is 50 years old, married with 3 kids. A very active, healthy, caring human being. He is the perfect friend, brother, father, and husband.

Back in March of this year he was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, it has now spread to his intestines. I was there just this past week to see him after he got the news that there was nothing else doctors could do. He lives in Peru, with all the hurdles that a third world country has.

As you can imagine we were all devastated. We cried a lot, hugged a lot, and prayed a lot. We made a promise to try everything under the sky and humanly possible to see if it would help him. He is willing to fight this with every ounce of energy he still has. And we (family and friends) are willing to do everything in our power to help.

We are exploring alternative types of treatment, some seem very promising, but others just seem like they are trying to take advantage of the vulnerable. We have selected a few, but as you may know, these alternative treatments are not covered by the insurance and are very expensive.

That is why we have started a go fund me page to raise funds to help him try these different treatments.

Our goal is to raise $7,000

Have you ever thought; What If I Could Have Done More? and wish you had done it. I know a lot of you have never met him, so I'd like to share a picture of him and his family to give you an idea of who he is. And who he strongly wishes to continue to be. He is not ready to go.
