Hi I’m Adam and my wife is Heather. She has been living with cystic fibrosis for 39 years, and for 21 of those years I have been watching her struggle and suffer with a disease that has only one cure. (We aren’t talking about that now). She is at the point in her life that only one thing can be done to help her. She has to get a lung transplant.

We live in a small town in south Mississippi and have been sent to Houston Texas to meet with doctors and everyone else who is going to help with this.

But, we need financial help. If she gets a transplant in Houston we will have to move there for at least a year for the recovery and care and rehabilitation after the surgery. Anything is beneficial please help.
