Helping Harry during EDS awareness month!
Donation protected
Hi, I’m running 100 miles in May to support Harry Radcliffe!
For over 10 years, Harry has been living with multiple severe and complex health conditions, including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), epilepsy, PoTS, gastroparesis, constant joint dislocations, a collapsed foot, heart issues, and more. He is fully immobile and relies entirely on equipment, his carer and his truly marvellous wife Sarah, for daily life. His physical health is deteriorating, and the emotional toll is immense.
Every penny raised will go directly to support his care: from essential medical treatments and specialist appointments to vital mobility aids, home adaptations, and equipment to improve his quality of life.
Harry’s incredible wife, Sarah, is taking on a huge personal challenge by doing a skydive to also raise vital funds for his care. Her courage and determination to support Harry are nothing short of inspiring. If you would like to read more about Harry and Sarah's "Leap of Faith" information can be found on this Link.
It is to support both Sarah and Harry that I’ve decided to run 100 miles throughout May — no easy feat for someone new to running, but a small way I can help carry this cause forward. I will complete the runs on treadmills and pavements but always tracked by my watch to ensure no cheating.
I will update my progress in the comments.
This month of running is for Harry: to give him comfort, dignity, and hope. If you can donate, share, or support in any way, it would mean the world.
Thank you for taking the time to read this page.
