Sis Maribel Marilag who had been fighting for her life for the last two years due to Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer,  passed away peacefully last Saturday, October 16th at 7:24 AM in Trafalgar Hospital, surrounded by her loved ones.. I am doing a fundraising on behalf of his son John Harold Duque who just came from Philippines 3 months ago to join his Mom.  It is just so sad that he was left with little time to be with her, but he have done his very best to be by her side, make her smile, happy and comfortable until her last breath.. and until the very end.. her concern was always about her son..

This young man is left not only to grieve the loss of his mother, but carry the burden of funeral and the expenses that comes with it. Losing a parent is a deep pain that will last a lifetime. I am pleading with all of her friends, her family and simply anyone who has been affected by this tragedy to please donate to help her son give his mother the burial she deserves and to help him recover financially. Maribel loved her people fiercely. Please help us show her that same kind of love in her final goodbye. If you are unable to donate, I simply ask that you pray for her and her family.
