Hi Everyone,

I'm Amy, a call handler at Snowden House. I started at 111 at the same time as Hannah 3 years ago.

Hannah has recently suffered two tragedies in her life.

Her Nan passed away days after Hannah took a call at the ccc from her own brother, sending a 999 response out to her and finding that she had sepsis.

While still reeling from this, planning a funeral and caring for her younger siblings Hannah devastatingly found her Mum had passed away in their living room not even two weeks later.

Now Hannah has suddenly found herself in her early 30's and the matriarch of her family. She has been coping amazingly well with the emotional side of things but financially paying for two funerals within two weeks is a financial burden I’m hoping we can help her with at Team 111 and Team Wast.

We are an NHS family and I hope we can help Hannah lighten the load, even if only a little bit, and give her the breathing space she so desperately needs, and deserves, to be able to process her tragic loss and properly grieve.
