Helping Hands for Lisa Pinneo Payeur

Hello, this is my beautiful sister Lisa Pinneo Payeur.

She is that one person that you always want to have around because she is not an average Joe. She will always say the craziest things and ends up making you laugh with her, or even at her. She is always there when you need her and you can rely upon her for anything. One day I asked her why she does all the things that she does. She replied back and said “why not? Just be yourself and love those that are around you. Who cares what they might think of you?” That pretty much sums up the big loving heart that she has for others and how she loves making you smile.

 
In this last decade of her life, she has encountered some huge roadblocks. She was married for a total of 19 yrs. Towards the end of that marriage she was being emotionally and at times physically abused. Enough was enough and she decided to get a divorce and part ways. The divorce didn’t end well and she was given the short end of the stick, causing her to lose her house. On top of that, she was burdened with all the financial debt. Even though she was broken inside, she did walk away with the remainder of her dignity, a beautiful 17 year daughter, and a big smile on her face. Lisa has currently been working 2-3 jobs just to get back on her feet financially. She wants a financially stable life and has worked so hard to provide that for her and her daughter.  



On Monday, March 22nd, Lisa had a spike in her blood pressure that caused an aneurysm which bust and caused a hemorrhage on the brain. The doctors have been running several necessary tests to treat Lisa the best way possible. They said she has a chance of making it, but the road to recovery will be a long one. She is showing a 10 out of 30 on the dementia test, she will need to attend rehab to enable her to walk again. They will also provide needed speech therapy. This is going to be an uphill battle as she begins to do what it takes to be strong enough to work and provide again. 


The majority of medical expenses will have to come out of pocket. The bills are astronomical and she is not even finished with all the procedures that are needed. We have created this go fund me account to help with as much of the medical expenses that we can and also for the challenging road after. 



We do pray for a speedy recovery for Lisa and pray that her friends and family can help ease this one thing in her life so she can focus on the important thing. Living, loving, and laughing again.
