Helping Hand For The Perez Family

My name is Choul and I’m the service manager at the Reserve at Town Center and Saddle Ridge apartments. John Perez is our Service Technician for Reserve at Town Center. He is an amazing person just as he is a model employee. He goes above and beyond for his team and anyone he encounters. There are not enough words to describe how selfless, kind and attentive he is to others. He is always sharing a positive word or even surprising his coworkers with some delicious home-cooked meals. When John joined our team, he immediately became a strong addition to the Reserve at Town Center. He ensures to come to work every day with a smile on his face even though he is currently facing an ordeal that not many can face alone.

Last year, John’s mother was fighting cancer and went through numerous treatments and thankfully was able to recover. Unfortunately, this was not the last time for one of his closest loved ones to face such struggles. Three months after his mother recovered, John’s wife of 34 years, Adriana-Patricia was taken to the hospital as she was feeling ill in June of last year. Only for the doctors to find out that she had a cancerous tumor growing in her intestines. John continues to be strong in fighting this disease alongside his beloved wife. Andriana-Patricia battles countless radiation treatments and most recently multiple surgeries. This has not only been emotionally and physically draining but financially as Adriana-Patricia is no longer able to work as of October 2022 due to her deteriorating health.
