Helping Hand for Medical and Car Expenses

Hello everyone, this is a very hard thing for me to do, I have always been the one to help others, I would give everything I have to the people that are important in my life. I hate asking for help. Because of recent health issues and multiple car problems, I am in a tough spot. I am working now, and usually 8-10 ,hours a day.

I really need to go see the doctor for more issues, but being self employed, I can't afford a doctor bill or to take the time off and not have money coming in.
