I am a 62 yr old working female seeking assistance to have my roof replaced. A tree trunk fell on it in April. I have sought assistance but do not qualify because I am buying my home on land contract. Therefore, government agencies and charities won't help because they say I don't technically own my home. I don't have the title. I am in dire need. I cannot afford the payments on another loan.
