I'm Matt Davis, and I'm creating this in order to help ease the burden of final expenses and medical bills for my brother, Travis Davis.

My brother was diagnosed with lung cancer on June 18th, 2025. Surgery was set for June 23rd. During surgery, an inoperable tumor was found behind his lung, so the surgeon decided to back out and come up with another plan. He was intubated and sedated for 2 weeks. They started inpatient radiation, and he was released from the hospital on July 9th. He went through radiation and chemo; all tests and scans were great, no new tumors or growth.

On November 16th, he was having some confusion and issues verbalizing things. The next day, they found 5 tumors on his brain, all small, but one was causing pressure. They made the decision to remove that tumor; the others were small enough to treat with radiation. He had successful surgery on Nov. 21st. Everything went great with no complications. He was released from the hospital on Nov. 24th. We had a great family dinner for Thanksgiving a few days later.

On Dec. 10th, my brother was admitted to the hospital again due to severe pain. Upon doing CT scans and ultrasounds, 3 tumors were found on his liver and one on his left adrenal gland. He was released from the hospital on the 13th. Admitted back to the hospital on the 15th. After more testing, it was found that the tumors on his liver were larger than the actual liver tissue. Everything they tried for treatment caused another issue. On Dec. 18th, the family was called together to discuss hospice care and plan moving forward. They said he was expected to have less than two weeks left. On Saturday, Dec. 20th at 6:22 am, my brother lost his battle to cancer.

His wife, Glenda, is left to take care of remaining hospital bills and his final expenses.
