Helping Gauge and his Recovery

Hey guys! During this holiday season of giving we are asking for help for a very special family. All the donations will go directly to Stephani & Kipp Drury to pay for Gauges medical bills.

My name is Nicole Brady I am dating Gauges older brother and love being apart of their family.

A month ago Gauge was in a tournament in mesquite playing football. He’s 12 yrs old and already playing with 9th graders. He was having a great time there with his friends and family after his season had ended for the year at Pleasant Grove Jr High. Unfortunately it didn’t stay a great time. His legs were targeted multiple times and with video evidence we see Gauge go down. He had to go in for emergency surgery and he ended up with a fractured femur and fractured growth plate and having to bolt his femur back in place. He has 1 bolt and 2 wires in his leg now holding his growth plate from permanently closing. He’s been in a cast up to his hip for 4 weeks unable to walk, go to school, and barely move. We have a 50/50 chance of this surgery working and if his growth plate closes they will have to go in and break the other one to make them grow evenly. Unfortunately we were never contacted by the coach or family for an apology of what happened to Gauge.

This being said Gauge has been so positive and kept his sense of humor. His mom Stephani has been home constantly taking care of him, despite her also having a surgery 2 months ago. As you can imagine 2 surgery’s in 4 months and a very long road of recovery for gauge is extremely expensive. This would help them tremendously and make sure that gauge can get the care he needs to heal get back to his life and playing the sport he loves again.

These donations will all be used to pay off Gauges surgical medial bills.
