"So, here's the story. We have held it back so we had solid answers and some people needed to know first.

I've not been able to work for a few months due to what we thought was a pinched sciatic nerve. Turns out, after a bunch of testing, the diagnosis is multiple myeloma cancer. It is not curable but it is treatable. They expect treatment to get me into remission rather quickly. Treatment begins tomorrow. Any other questions, feel free to contact me or mama. Thank you to everyone thats prayed and/ or supported us in other ways. We love y'all and please keep praying. We'll see you on the road soon as i am able."

UPDATE: My emotions are raw after seeing Dan/Hillbilly in pain after his biopsy today. I'm driving home in tears. I'll keep this fundraiser up for as longs as it's needed. Pray for Dan & his family ❤️

Hello. My name is Jessica and I've started this fundraiser for very dear friends of mine. Dawn and Dan aka Hillbilly. These friends are like family to me. They have fallen on some very hard times the last 3 months. It's not my place to indulge in details. Hillbilly hasn't been able to work for a bit. Dawn is helping him out at home and frequently taking him to the doctor. So I wanted to see if I could help with a few regular expenses for them. Funds for gas, essentials for home and basic home utilities. They have never asked me for a handout (It's not their style.
