Ezra was born with a rare inoperable Optic Nerve Glioma brain tumor, which causes blindness.  Ezra is visually impaired (legally blind, since birth).  There is not any eye surgery available to correct his vision.

Ezra has researched Ophthalmologists specialized in Low Vision and found Dr. Edward Paul. Dr. Paul believes in “Life After Vision Loss”.

Ezra had a consultation with Dr. Edward Paul on December 8, 2021 in Charlotte NC.

During the consultation Ezra told Dr. Paul his goals for needing “Telescopic Eye Glasses”.  The glasses would give him a better quality of life and independence and the possibility of driving a vehicle someday. 

Ezra was able to try the “Telescopic Eye Glasses” during his visit.  It was a miracle for Ezra.  These special glasses took his vision from 20/200 to 20/60, making him able to see things he’s never seen before, this gave Ezra a super human feeling and hope of a brighter future.

In creating this GoFundMe, we are striving to support Ezra in reaching his visual goals.  If we can partner with him in raising $4000.00 for these spectacular eye glasses, they will help him see the future.
