As many of you know, my dad got covid in April and spent 5 weeks ventilated and in a coma.

Remarkably he woke up a couple weeks ago and is recovering slowly, but he’s stuck in an ICU, which is not good.

He’s been cleared to transfer to a rehab facility in Buenos Aires, but the whole system is overwhelmed and they can’t find one for him.

I found an excellent facility that can take him, but he has to pay out of pocket which looks like it will cost at least 20K.
