Helping Endea leave an abusive situation

Hi there.  I am writing on behalf of my best friend,  who was incredibly hesitant to this and refused to let me do this for a few years.. until finally, there was no other way. My best friend, Endea, has been in an incredibly abusive and toxic relationship for years with a man who has isolated her to financially depend on him. For a year and a half, she has worked on her makeup/influencer dreams and made a goal to leave him with what she was able to make from that. Unfortunately, things have escalated to the point that she can no longer wait. This man has physically, mentally, emotionally and financially abused her. He has destroyed her property in hopes of destroying her dreams. He has left bruises and marks, messes and trauma on someone he shouts that he loves. We have exhausted all shelters, all safe homes. We have looked at all ones in her city and around, and not one is accepting new people. Section 8 housing is not taking anyone to be put on their waitlist currently.  She has no transportation, which where the financial abuse comes in. He never allowed her to purchase one, then he wouldn't have full control over her. She has nothing right now but literally the clothes on her back and her cell phone. I am setting this up in the hopes of raising money for to obtain transportation and find somewhere safe to stay. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for anyone willing to help.
