Helping Elliott through his motorcycle accident

On May 1, our close friend Elliott Albright, was involved in a motorcycle accident. He sustained extensive injuries, which have resulted in a 3+ week (and counting) hospital stay at CMC medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been in and out of the ICU and while he is stable, there is a long road of recovery ahead of him.

Elliott has a wonderful support system, being led by his fiancé, Becca Parise. However, he has been unable to work and unfortunately the motorist who hit him only had the state minimum in liability coverage. Because of the extent of his injuries and the prolonged hospital stay, it will not be enough to cover his medical bills, let alone the hit they are taking to their livelihood. Elliott is unable to work and Becca is having to take time off to help with his care and recovery. 

 If anyone knows us, you know we are about the closest knit group of friends around. We are like family and in times of need we will do almost anything we can to help one another. Elliott is a loving, intelligent, hard-working, and loyal friend who I am also thankful to call family. He and Becca do not deserve the unfortunate hand they were dealt from someone else’s mistake.
