Helping Elijah Gorczynski

About 5 months ago poor Elijah Gorczynski had a bump on his back and after going to many dr and hospital visits they found that he has AVM arteriovenous malformation in the shoulder area. He will need to go through a major surgery to remove it. With this surgery he will loose some functions of his shoulder and will have to go through some tough physical therapy. Please help me help them to cover some of the medical expenses that will be more than any one family should have to bare alone.
