Hi! My name is Veronika, I am one of the many friends Elena has, she has been a blessing to my family and to many others, a loving mother and wife, a great friend and a very sweet teacher.

If you know Elena, you know that she has a huge heart and is always there to help, to give you an advice, give you a hug or to just listen, she loves working with her little ones at school and has touched so many hearts during the years, I was one of her moms and I know that some of her student's parents are still in touch with her and still send her presents every year, even though their kids already moved on to elementary or even middle school, this is just how special she is!

Elena needs our help now, she was in a bad car accident this last Saturday, she was the passenger of a car in the back seat, waiting at a signal light on FM 1960 and Townsend in Humble, Texas when another car hit them from behind at about 60mph, apparently the brakes of the other car did not respond, Elena was the most affected because she was in the back seat, her and her 2 dear friends were transported by ambulance to the hospital, thankfully her friends went back home the same day but Elena wasn't so lucky.

She has 5 broken ribs and 3 broken vertebrae, she was admitted to Kingwood Hospital where the doctors performed a very long and complicated surgery on Sunday, she is now resting and trying to heal but will be out of business for a few months, this is why we are creating this page, we ask you to please consider contributing to this fund with any amount, her medical bills will be very expensive but also she won't be able to work and be part of her family's income so any and all donations are welcomed!
