On a night that changed everything, Eileen — a hardworking mother and the owner of her family home — lost far more than just a house. A devastating fire tore through her residence, destroying years of memories, belongings, and most heartbreaking of all, taking the life of her son who was trapped in the basement and unable to escape. In moments, her world shifted forever.
Her other son, Ryan, was likely upstairs during the fire and thankfully made it out alive. But survival came with overwhelming heartbreak as he watched the only home he ever knew — the house they grew up in — burn to the ground.
This was not just any house. It was their childhood home, filled with memories of birthdays, family dinners, laughter… and of their father, who passed away just three years ago. Losing him was already a heavy burden for Eileen and her boys to carry — and now, while still grieving one loss, they’re forced to face another that no family should ever endure.
But this pain doesn’t end with them.
The home also housed two renters, both of whom lost everything they owned in the fire. Every piece of clothing, furniture, documents, and personal items — gone in minutes. They are now left to rebuild their lives from the ground up, with no place to return to.

Why We’re Raising Funds
We are coming together to support Eileen, Ryan, and the two renters as they navigate the unimaginable — grieving the loss of a son and brother, and finding a path to stability after losing their home and belongings. Donations will help with:
• Funeral and memorial costs
• Immediate living essentials
• Clothing, food, temporary housing
• Rebuilding and recovery expenses
• Support for the renters who also lost everything
No family should have to walk this road alone. Every share, donation, and prayer is a light in one of the darkest moments of their lives. Even a small contribution helps move them one step closer to healing.
⸻
Eileen has shown incredible strength, but she can’t do this without her community.
Let’s lift them up together — in love, in memory, and in hope for brighter days ahead.
Thank you for standing with them.
