Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read this. My sweet baby Dunder Mifflin was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease IMHA this past weekend. It’s been a roller coaster of learning for us all. IMHA is an autoimmune disease where the red blood cells are being destroyed. And in his case his body isn’t making any new ones. He has needed three blood transfusions and is on night 4 at the pet hospital. The treatment for this is so expensive and we are already at $7,000 in and will need more work done as well. Any amount at all will help us. The journey won’t end when we get to bring him home unfortunately. He will require lots of blood tests and medication to keep him healthy. Thank you again.
