If you know my sister LaDonna, you know Dominik, and if you know Dom, you know what pure love is. Dom is a walking miracle! The doctors said that he wasn't supposed to live for more than 2 years. Dom is going to be 26 this year. He has had more surgeries than I can count. He has numerous medical issues that all stem from a hole near the center of his brain. The most obvious is that he is blind. Dominik is a an amazing person and he has battled every obstacle thrown at him like a complete champion. He's always happy and absolutely hysterical. Along the way, my sister LaDonna has always been by his side! She is a wonderful mother and a true angel! She doesn't complain,  she just does what is necessary and holds it down for her family. Dominik needs another surgery to repair a severe hernia. This is the second one in a year he's had for this issue alone. LaDonna was out of work for a few weeks with the last surgery and isn't quite back on her feet yet and will again be out of work for a few weeks at the end of this month to help Dom with his healing. I am asking all of you to please help us help her. My sister LaDonna is the most giving, caring, compassionate person I know. She shaved her head a few years ago to help raise money for childhood cancer. She is a pediatric nurse for a hospital in North Carolina. That alone is deserving of Saint hood, in my opinion.  She is a mother of 5 amazing young men and would give the shirt off her back to help someone in need, stranger or family . Now she is in need! Any amount donated will help my sister pay her bills and the out of pocket costs for Dom's surgery.  Please send anything that you can and if you can't contribute monetarily help us share this to get it as far as we need to to help her.
