Helping Diane and Arnie Vargas

As some of you may already know, Diane Vargas had a really bad fall on her front porch a few weeks ago that broke the femur bone in her leg - described as her worst pain experience ever. It required immediate surgery and a hospital stay for about a week and a half. She then needed to transfer to a rehabilitation center to get the much needed physical therapy to help get her well enough to return home.

The release date from rehab came much sooner than we’d all hoped.

While Diane has returned as of yesterday, she and Arnie are still in need of so much of all of our help!!

On top of everything, their pup Ollie became very sick and while they gave him all the care and medical treatment they possibly could, his prognosis was not good and they made the very difficult decision to allow Ollie to go to Puppy Heaven.

Our hope is that we can raise them some extra funds that’ll help them with extra things around the home like housekeeping, grocery delivery, meal delivery - things that Diane won’t be able to do on her own for some time still.

We hope to also raise some funds as well to help with Ollie’s medical expenses too.
