Helping Dave and Cheryl

Hi, my name is Heather Rush and I am fundraising on behalf of my brother-in-law, Dave Nichols, and sister, Cheryl Nichols. After almost two years of being misdiagnosed, Dave earlier this week found out that he needed emergency multiple bypass open heart surgery and was admitted to the hospital. The surgery was performed on Thursday, March 14 at Kootenai Health Clinic in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. This major life-saving surgery was completely unexpected and as you can imagine, he and my sister Cheryl have already accumulated thousands of dollars in unplanned medical costs after insurance with more on the way for his lengthy recovery and rehabilitation. If you are able, please consider donating whatever amount you are comfortable with toward covering their extensive unexpected medical bills. They are both very independent and stubborn people and would never consider asking for help on their own. They have a wide circle of friends together and independently and I’m just hoping to lean on that community to help defray their expenses during a very difficult time for them physically, emotionally and financially.
