This is a plea to help one of our fellow Hex members (Mycroft) in a time of desperate need. Through no fault of his own he has found himself with no job and no home. He is currently living in a motel but only has the funds for one more night and then he has nowhere for himself or his belongings. We really would not ask if this was not absolutely genuine and desperate. Please if you could chip in even a small amount it will help to give Dan some breathing space to continue his search for employment and a more permanent home.

"My name is Dan. I am 64 years old, out of work, and about to be homeless. On several occasions over the past year, I have been told that I would be offered a job, only to be ghosted (I understand that this is very much a standard procedure these days). Occasionally I make a little money dog sitting or shoveling sidewalks, but it doesn't amount to much. I have two job interviews this week, and maybe something will come of it, but meanwhile I need a place to stay. Family and friends have already been exhausted. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you."
