On February 4th Cory was on his way to work at his new job,He stopped to get gas for his car and slipped on ice,He went to work for a hour with his wrist very badly broken,He then left and had it X-rayed where he found out it was severely broken and would require surgery,He then works for several days,goes in for Surgery on the 10th of February,They had to put in 10 pins and a plate and told him he would not have complete use of his arm for 3 to 6 months,On the following Tuesday which was the 14th I called him and he was violently vomiting and had tons of pain,He drove himself with his Daughter to the ER of a Hospital in the Des Moines area to find out his Appendix had ruptured and he was Septic.Immediate Surgery again to take the appendix out and clean up his abdomen.He has had a very hard time of it,I flew out here from Oregon last Wednesday to help him,He is still in the Hospital with a High White blood Count and 2 types of bacteria,They are doing CTScans of his Abdomen every day to make sure he doesn't have a Abcess,He is missing so much work and has bills to pay,I'm helping as much as I can but he really needs a big step up just to relieve his mind he is very worried about getting healthy again and back on his feet.
