I am a co-worker and a friend to Colby Burl. Colby is a Veteran and a hard worker that now works for Allied Universal. On 12/17/2020 he left work going home and seeing someone in distress from an accident, he pulled over to help but as he was trying to help that person a car hit him, in the process he pulled himself off to the side of the road onto the shoulder and over the guardrail which at that piont he made his own tourniquet as he waited for help to arrive. He was rushed to John Hopkins Shock Trauma in Baltimore MD. They had to do emergency surgery on him, because his Femur was broken. This young Veteran once again put his life on the line to help someone else and was injured himself in the process. I am doing this for him because of the type of person Colby Burl is. He will be out of work for a while, and he just purchased a house. He dosen't have short or long term disability. So every penny will help him to maintain while he gets better.  Thank you so much for your help and donation.
